Richard Betts is the Founder of RZB Advisory and a senior sustainability and ESG advisor with over two decades of experience supporting organisations across the UK, EU and internationally.

He has worked extensively with boards, executive teams and investors on sustainability strategy, regulatory readiness, climate and nature-related risk, and ESG transformation. His background spans professional services, policy engagement and global advisory roles, with a strong focus on pragmatic, decision-useful outcomes.
